The first step in the process is to meet you on site to discuss the scope of the work. Once we review what your needs are and what kind of budget you are working with, I send you a contract and a questionnaire. I will also measure the property and develop a base map to scale. Once I receive the answers to the questionnaire, I give you an estimate of cost and time.
