We provide a one-hundred-eighty (180) day warranty on all plant material 7 gallon sized and smaller and a one year (365 days) warranty on all plant material 15 gallon sized and larger for defective material and workmanship. We provide a one year (365 days) warranty on all concrete, drainage, irrigation, low voltage outdoor lighting, masonry and wood work for defective material and workmanship.

Blair Landscaping transformed the 360 degree outdoor space at our house. The project took about 3 weeks and included removing existing mal-performing trees, wisteria, rotten pergolas, weed filled grass and inefficient irrigation. In its place they delivered 22 species of plants and trees, built a rock retaining wall, planted the most appropriate trees along the perimeter, installed quality landscape lighting, replaced the grass with a variety that will better withstand our dogs and kids and converted all planting beds to drip irrigation. Randy and his crew did a great job landscaping our backyard. We know very little about plants, trees, etc that would make our yard look beautiful, so we put ourselves in Randy's hands. He patiently listened to us try and explain what we wanted. He came up with a great plan. The crew worked hard even during the hottest days, they were very detailed, and were respectful. We get lots of compliments from neighbors. We plan to have Randy come back next Spring and landscape the front yard.

Our family has used Randy Blair landscape five times over the past 10 years. This includes three different houses. He listens to your ideas, provides guidance, makes recommendations, very sensitive to your budget and does quality work on time as promised. He does multiple check-ins throughout the project and keeps you up-to-date on the schedule every week. His crew has been with him for many years and are as solid as they come. Our project took 8 weeks and the crew showed up every morning at 7am. When they left, the yard was cleaned up.

This is a long overdue review. I have used Blair landscaping for two major projects now. From the initial design and budget, Randy works closely with you to ensure your needs are met.
For our backyard project he built us a pergola that's I found online and to this day looks beautiful. They also put in plants, grass and built a beautiful seating area along the back to host our family events.

Excellent customer service! Randy was very easy to work with. Not only did he come out twice to help me develop a beautiful yard, he did so while keeping within my budget. Randy has a B.S. in Horticulture and did a great job helping me select plants to my specifications. He really listened to what I wanted done and stayed on budget. Randy and his co-workers, who were all very professional, finished a full redo on the front of our house in Sycamore Homes, Danville, CA in mid-April 2019. We have received many, many compliments from folks watching the work being done and walking by the house.
The design, completed by J Montgomery designs, was very well executed by Blair. His price was very reasonable and the work, plants and materials selected were of highest quality. I recommend his company without reservation.

Randy Blair and his team landscaped our front and back yard and put in a drip system and raised bed last fall, and we were very pleased with their work. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our plants have really taken off, and it's been so much fun to watch them grow and bloom. In June we had the pleasure of working with Blair Landscape Services, Inc. to completely redesign our very tired and overgrown front yard. Owner Randy Blair is very professional and from our first meeting I felt comfortable working with him to finalize our landscape design.
Our project entailed demolition of all existing plants and lawn and removal of some of the concrete walkway to the front porch. A smaller lawn area was added with a new irrigation system. We have worked with Randy three separate times over ten years. Each time, Randy has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Blair didn't actually do any work for us. But Randy did something most small businesses don't - he called back after I left a message to tell me his company doesn't service my area at this time. This kind of courtesy call goes a long way in getting my recommendation. In addition, he gave me advice on the best way to get competitive quotes, as well as the name of a company that he felt had a good reputation and served my area. We became acquainted with Randy and Blair Landscape Services when bidding on an auction item to support Foothill High School. First, I commend the company for donating their services to support a local school. Secondly, I'm happy to say that we won the auction and had the chance to use Blair Landscape to replace a dead birch tree in our yard. Quite frankly, when we bid on the item, we weren't sure it included planting of the tree...the item was vague and they could have easily claimed the auction was just for the tree. As with most homes in the area, we let our lawn go brown because of the drought. We contacted Randy to design and install new drought-tolerant landscaping in the front yard, as well as compact gravel on our side yard. Both turned out beautifully! The front yard was re-landscaped with mulch, a cool winding dry creek bed, and an nice variety of low-maintenance plants on a drip system. It's definitely enhanced the curb appeal and we've gotten a lot of positive feedback from neighbors and passerby's.

Even though we did not go with Randy to build our side yard, I was throroughly impressed with how well he listened to me and included all the small details in his spec sheet for our landscaping job. He has a vast knowledge of foliage and what grows well here, and was punctual in his bid submission
The only reason we did not use him is we decided we wanted to use a concrete contractor to build the heavy duty walls and drainage since we have issues on our slope. When the time comes to re-design our plant palette, you can be sure I will give Randy a call.

Randy and his team are great! Ramon and Manuel rebuilt a wooden retaining wall for us that was old and beginning to rot. There was more damage than we realized, but they were fast and efficient and got the job done quickly. My husband kept mentioning to me what hard workers these guys are. Randy also gave us very, very good pricing on the additional work! The quality of their work was excellent. The wall looks great and we couldn't be more pleased.
