In 2003, David Rennison became a residential home builder in Columbia, South Carolina. His passion for building and construction led him to pursue several jobs in the industry before deciding to enter the market with his own construction business. So, after four years, he opened his first building company, Rennison Repairs and Remodeling, in 2007.

I had a contractor bail on me before the job was completed. I reached out to Rennision Roofing because they had experience with tin roofs, plus very good reviews. David and team met me on site promptly. They were clearly knowledgeable, and straightforward with me, too. He promised a quote quickly, and I got it a day sooner than expected. They started work when they said they would and completed it when they promised. The home is an historic neighborhood, and the final result is an attractive, solidly built, architecturally appropriate roof.

Everyone that I dealt were great, due to my location their out side rep ( Lloyd ) had to visit and quote the the job. He also comes buy during the install. Lloyd is honest, personable and hands on, dedicated to his job.
It hasn't rained on the roof yet but the install looks very good from here.

Amazing. I have done a lot of renovation on my 50s ranch home, and this was the absolute easiest process I have gone thru fixing this place up. Fair price. Above board product and amazingly fast install. I was kept informed at every step of the process and luckily I was able to work from home to see the quality workmanship that was put into everything they did. They worked fast and clean up was done ASAP so it was hard to even know work was going on.

It was a pleasure doing business with David and Annette Rennison of Rennison Roofing and Exteriors! They installed a new roof on the house that we are renovating to become our business office in the future. When we had questions about anything regarding the process, they were very timely in their responses. The new roof looks great and was done according to all specifications of the contract.
