We only use tried-and-true SUNDEK products and are an authorized SUNDEK dealer. SUNDEK started their business in 1970 when they launched their first product: Classic Texture.
At SUNDEK of Houston, we have been resurfacing concrete in and around Houston, TX for more than 20 years. When concrete is resurfaced, a coating is placed on top of the existing concrete (the existing concrete must be structurally sound in order to do this). That coating is then customized with colors, patterns, and texture, giving it a unique look.

Sundek completed the application of their multi-coating process to our 40-year old community pool deck - and we couldn’t be happier. Sundek came highly recommended by two different landscape companies. My project was surfacing my large back patio. My salesperson came out and we discussed the project. My biggest concern was leveling the patio as we had a spot where water gathered. I was assured this would be done. When the project was completed I noticed leveling was not done. The installation crew (the most professional part of this experience) told me they noticed it needed leveling and even went back and contacted the office regarding this. The crew was told it wasn't part of the work order. You would think right there that

We contracted with Sundek to resurface our patio and pool deck. Sundek was outstanding to work with from start to finish. Michael spent time patiently and professionally collaborating with us on the look we wanted to achieve at the cost we wanted to spend. Once we settled on a design, he suggested an idea to save $ on the overall design and his suggestion not only saved dollars, but actually improved the final result. Alternate samples of our design were worked up so that we could get a good visual before finally agreeing to the design. The project was completed on time and it was done flawlessly

The previous owner tried to repair the old concrete around our pool with paint and it failed, flaking off all over the place. After pressure washing, we found multiple layers of paint and crud and tried to repaint some but it failed. We quoted outrageously priced flagstone or stamped concrete. A vendor wanted to offer an ugly gray rubber coating at a high cost... When it seemed like no one could do what we wanted at a reasonable cost, we found Sundek who came out and did a fantastic job re-coating our knock down acrylic pool deck. One of the best construction-industry related contractors we've found in a year of plumbing and concrete woes. Bullion saved a newly-poured patio where the original contractor tried to do with one cement mixer what could only be done by two. Bullion applied their patented cementatious coating to the horribly rippled and discolored new concrete slab so that now it looks like new. Johnathan Bullion went far beyond the extra mile in helping us out. Highly recommended.

I don't usually post reviews and I don't take too much stock in other reviews as well. I feel the best review comes in the form of a recommendation from a neighbor, co-worker, etc. However, I decided to warn any potential consumer of my less than stellar experience with Bullion Coatings.
I hired them to put down a faux flagstone surface on my patio in the spring of 2012. The work order included the removal of old stamped overlay. When the crew came to do the prep work (i.e. removal of the old overlay), the crew boss (Adrian) told me that it was not necessary to remove the old surface
