Our company initially started out as a family-owned venture, founded by Tom and sons over two decades. Since those times their business has grown from a small log cabin back in the city of San Francisco to a huge, staff members employing facility in the heart of San Francisco, CA. We simply worked hard, added new flooring options to our range, installed them nice and quick.
David at Tom's Hardwood Floors was great to work with and his crew does great work. We had pretty severe cupping on our hardwood floors (possibly due to improper installation) but David assured me that the cupping could be corrected by sanding and refinishing the floors - no need to replace.
