We hired Oscar and Ceaser to install hard wood flooring and refinishing the floor in our 13 room San Francisco home after interviewing 7 different contractors . I am so glad we did because not only were their pricing the lowest , their work is impeccable. We were so impressed with their work that we decided to hire Ceaser to paint the interior. We scored on that front as well . It was a LOT of work but they performed way beyond our expectation. I am happy to recommend these reliable , friendly and competent guys for flooring or paint jobs .

The project was refinishing 1200 sq ft of hardwood floors from honey oak to a grey- beige. As a realtor I see a lot of homes so I wanted a floor that was versatile enough to go with cool color or warm color decor. Loved working with Cesar, Oscar and Frank. They were super nice, soft spoken, reliable, on time and they knew exactly what they were doing. We were all very happy with the results. In fact I took a Facebook poll of the samples which I’ll share with you all for ideas and my friends and other realtors liked a couple of the choices. They were also the most competitively priced by far.
