I have used Bell a lot in the past and they were good but then Wiseman bought them out and now they are terrible. They send out extra people for a one man easy job then charge double time when the second guy was training the other one and expects me to pay for his training. I questioned why and they gave me a minor discount. Then I had my dad call them for a repair and a guy got on the phone and gave my dad grief about me asking about the double charge and continued to have an attitude about it and said they will only show up for a one time courtesy since I disagreed with his billing and continued

My grandmother in law used them to fix a leak in her front yard. She said they were rude and sent a few people but only one guy was working. I dont like leaving negative feedback but if I can can help another person not get taken by them I will. She can't use her front door anymore because her walk is so bad because of their poor work quality.

Used this company for years however the latest experience was met with complete unpleasantness. I called them to repair a water leak and six weeks later still a leak. To add salt I was sent an invoice for work never performed and equipment never utilized. Highly recommend multiple estimates before using this organization.
