My experience was, they couldn’t fix my problem. I suggested they do another part of my plumbing and they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I got another plumber that actually listened and stayed until he made sure the leak was fixed. Randall’s people were not at my house over 15 minutes, took my money and left. I do not recommend them at all.

Called for a plumbing issue, and set up an appt. For Wednesday to have someone come out. So Wednesday comes and goes, so I call to check in, and was told there was an " emergency". And would talk to the owner and call me right back. So if you can't make an appt, you would think you would contact the homeowner to reschedule. Not to mention, I had someone there at the house all day to wait for them. Just not very good customer service. And my wife called and was told completely false information than what I discussed when I made the app, that's not very smart either.

This has been the 3rd time within a year we have used Randalls. Friendly, professional and very reasonable. If they cant get out immediately, they explain why, and they stay in touch until their truck rolls up. Randall's has helped our endeavors of owning an old home much easier. Great company.

Not only was Tony thorough, efficient and knowledgeable, but he was kind and caring and just an all around nice guy. Lori and Randall were more than helpful when we couldn't get anyone else to come! we are forever grateful to Randall and his team and they now have customers for life! We just purchased our first house and within one day had extreme Plumbing issues backing up in every drain and every opening we had. Two very nice gentleman showed up and had it fixed within 45 minutes total. They were kind and didn't mind my nervous hovering because I wanted to learn what was going on myself. Highly recommend. Very nice and knowledgeable people from what I can tell.
