At 1st I left a not so good review,, I'm retracting my 1st comments (review) after Brent contacting me explaining a few things, he came out on a Saturday, and was very pleasant, and gave us a very great option to our need for a hvac unit. AND the best price that we've found.Were in the process of moving fwd. Thank you Brent

Let me first start of by stating that this is in no way,, shape or form a hate comment...just an informative one for those who actually read reviews before spending money.. My wife and I called and left messages on back to back days to purchase a unit and have it installed (during the week and during business hours). We left our name and phone number and the reason for the call. Im retired military so i have nothing better to do than wait for my phone to ring so we waited. After 3 days of no return call we purchased a 16 seer from another company and will have an install this week. We were not

Great company!!! Brent was fabulous!!! After two bad experiences with other companies he was very thorough and fixed the problem immediately!!! Nice to know there are still honest and fair businesses out there!!!....................well , we had to call on this company again. Our 20+ year old unit finally died. Two years after this review. Brent and his crew were very efficient in diagnosing the terminal problem. They didn’t milk it along with a few needless patches that would just pad their pockets before telling us it was not repairable. After deciding to replace the unit it was only a few

Great service!! I had an issue under my house, called Jackson Heating and Air at 10am. Brent showed up at 8:20 that night after working a full day, crawled under my house and fixed all my issues!! So professional and so helpful!!! I was very impressed!!! AND he called back in a few days to check if everything was still working well!! Customer service at its finest!!!! Great company!!!

After losing power in the storm, we found our furnace in need of service. Brent Jackson was readily available by phone and we were able to make a website appointment. He came to the house and we were up and running in no time! Love the service and professional care we received from Jackson Heating and Air. I very highly recommend them.
