I absolutely love Lawson Heating and Air and cannot recommend them enough. I wish there were more companies like this in every field! Bill and his team make you feel like you are family and his most important client. I have been using them every since we bought our house in Campobello (recommended by a neighbor) and whether it is just routine maintenance or replacing a system, Lawson is the only company I go to and recommend. Just love this company!!!!

First time he came out to check my unit all went well gave me a quote and I said yes please fox it he said he would call with a day and time to fix it he didn't show called him and left a couple of messages no return calls back this eas lasts winter going into spring gave it up as it wasn't cold anymore last summer we used window unit to cool with then this fall and winter used fire place and couple space heaters then about 2 weeks ago we seen him on my road he passed a house he was working on and pulled in my driveway to turn around I stopped him and talked about still need the work done he said

Apparently, my experience is similar to several other people’s, according to these reviews! I was pretty sure there was a Freon leak in my AC. He was recommended by my mother’s handyman, so I gave him a call. Next day, his son came out, found a leak in the air cooler, and added Freon. He told me he needed to “research” my particular unit & would call me back in a day or so with an estimate. Nothing for a week, so I called back. Nothing for another week. I took my cash business elsewhere. I wonder if he assumed I didn’t have the money. Too bad for him.

They replaced a leaking water heater for me. They arrived within 15 of the scheduled time and started working right away. The job was completed in a very timely manner. When they were finished, everything was neat and clean. I could hardly tell anyone had been here. Even though it was raining outside there were no dirty footprints left inside.

My grandfather has used this company many times. He purchased a new unit and warranty. For the past month it's been having issues and them having to keep coming out to fix it. After having some issues and them stalling for weeks, they finally fixed it to have it mess up again the next day. Lawson used the warranty to replace the part last week, therefore it will not cover the part again with a different hvac company. Bill Lawson has been ignoring my grandfathers calls for a week now after promising to come back and fix it! This is over $700 he is going to have to pay out of pocket because Bill
