We are very pleased with the service that A/C Medic Heating & Air LLC provided. Eric helped us pick out the best heat pump system and thermostat for our home. His quotes on several SEER rated systems were very competitive and fair. Within a few days he was out here with his technician to install our new Trane system. They were very professional and tidy, plus gave us thorough training on our new system's touch screen thermostat. We highly recommend A/C Medic Heating & Air in Greer, SC.

Got two quotes on two different systems on Friday and was out to install on Tuesday. Eric and the technician that came to install were excellent. Highly recommend.

These fellas were amazing!! Our AC went out last night at 9pm so I started a Google search for local repairmen and did a quote inquiry on Google (easiest thing ever) and he replied to me within 5 mins with a quote to diagnose the issue and a time frame of 11a-1p the following morning that he'd be here. This morning he arrived at 11am with a part in hand and had it fixed within 20 mins. Pricing was upfront, honest and very, very fair. We will absolutely use these folks again!! We strongly recommend them!

Eric and Jeff arrived today on time to get our Ac/heating units ready for winter. They tuned up both our Trane units and upgraded and fixed both our thermostats which were set incorrectly at installation four years ago by the builder. They are amazing, professional, personable and they are excellent at diagnosing and fixing Ac/heating problems quickly and at a fair price.
