It is SO hard to find a trustworthy, reliable company to handle heating and air needs. My best friend had used Southern Comfort after searching high and low for a good company. So she recommended I call them for new HVAC and installation of smart thermostats. They did an EXCELLENT job. Bradley was always available and very responsive. The work was done well and on time. Most importantly their PRICES are fair and the warranties are really good. I highly recommend this company. I’ve seen what else is out there - and it is scary! Southern Comfort exceeded my expectations!

Southern Comfort certainly provided comfort to my family. I needed HVAC maintenance and repair at two different homes. Bradly and his team were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate the respect they showed my elderly father by wearing a face mask. In my opinion, Southern Comfort Heating & Air is the only company you should call when HVAC services are needed.

I have homeownership and when my AC FROZE up for the first time i was nervous about who to call...after a few NON- PROFESSIONAL undeserving of my hard earned money and appointments that were NOT KEPT I found SOUTHERN AND THEY PROMPTLY ANSWERED THE CALL OF HELP WITHIN JUST A FEW HOURS of that call they serviced my 7yr old unit WITH HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING And to my RELIEF NO UPSELLS, NOR BAD TALKING MY HOME EQUIPMENT AND THE SERVICE CAME WITH A SMILE! THIS COMPANY IS TOP NOTCH!! I FELT RELAXED AND WILL BE CALLING THEM ONLY FOR ANY OF MY AC/ HEATING SERVICES. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very happy with Todd and Nicole. Great customer service. They explained everything to where I could understand and gave suggestions on how to get the best out of my unit. They have great hours, unfortunately they are so good that you may have to wait a while for them to get to you. I called on a Sunday and they were able to come on Monday. I am not sure about the pricing due to the fact that I have never had any issues like this to compare it with. I am sure the prices are great because of the attitude and professionalism of everyone I came in contact with. I would definitely recommend and use

I had to have my old system replaced after many years of use. I called around and got prices from different companies in Spartanburg. Southern Comfort beat all the other prices in town. They have a very friendly service,and put their customers first. They did a very thorough and efficient job. I'm very pleased with the work they did,and I would highly recommend them to friends and family. I was very fortunate that I had plenty of time to call around and get pricing from all other companies around town. I found out there are 3 companies in town are just out to rip people off sadly. All around a great experience! They were at my house in a timely manner and were very friendly. They checked everything, found the problem, fixed it, and even explained extra important things to my husband for future care. They actually ended up taking down the price of the service check from $60 to $30! They made sure it all worked perfectly before they left... very happy with this company; I highly recommend them if you're not a full blown DIY person.
