We specialize in Residential HVAC Repair, Installation, Maintenance and Duct and Vent Cleaning. Aaron Courier is originally from Bay City, Michigan. He began his career in the HVAC Industry in 1997 in Charlotte, NC.

We were recommended to use Courier and Sons by many people on the NextDoor app. We have used no one else since trying them; they're outstanding.
They've been out to our house 4 or 5 times already, even when we've had the smallest of issues. They are always super quick to get us on the schedule, and they come out on time. Also, I don't like dealing with a new person every service call (since they won't really be aware of the history), so it's great having the same technicians come out over and over again.

We were beyond happy with every aspect of service. AA Courier replaced a 25 year old system, both the gas furnace and the a/c units for quite a reasonable price. The entire crew could not have been any nicer, more accommodating, or professional. It was a joy to work with them. You can’t go wrong with Aaron or Austin. Not only that, Aaron never tried to sell us a more expensive system than we needed. Honesty and integrity are qualities that are in short supply these days.

If you're like me, you'd rather get teeth pulled then deal with an HVAC company. They are unprofessional, late, maybe a little rough around the edges, and not very personable. They often leave you wondering what they even did and if it's even possible that they could have fixed the problem because they won't tell you anything and communicate terribly. Well, not Austin from A.A. Courier!! We've had him over several times to diagnose some issues with our system in our new construction home. He was able to find all of the issues when the company who installed it couldn't. On top of that, he was professional

I met Austin for the first time at my door. I was impressed that he was dressed nicely and clean. He was very polite and professional. He was here for HVAC and generator checkup. My A/C went out on the hottest day of summer! A.A Courier and Sons came out the same day and not only fixed it, but were much cheaper than any competitor. Each vendor we called gave us a long wait time, but not them. We received service promptly and were notified of what preventative steps to take in the future. We are very happy with the friendliness and awesome service we received, and plan to use again if ever an issue occurs.

I've known Aaron for several years and he's always been an upstanding guy! He helped keep our old unit running until we could install a new one. Last week Aaron, along with his wonderful guys installed us a new unit and we are thrilled! They did a wonderful job, of course and I could not have asked for anything better! If I could rate these guys 10 stars I absolutely would! I am recommending them to everyone I know for the great work and professionalism I received today. I spent the morning in a fury at work calling multiple places as my heat stopped working. I am a mother of 3 and not having heat in dead of winter was stressful enough. Most places charge a "weekend" fee but not these guys. They came within an hour, troubleshooted until they found the issue, and then fixed it to complete working order. A.A. Courier is by far the BEST HVAC Company in town! I have used several other local companies in my 27 years as a homeowner to work on my heating and air, but Aaron is THE most competent, reliable, professional and affordable one I have used. I needed a new gas pack and it was installed quickly and expertly. Couldn't be happier! Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this small family business!
