We had a great experience with howell hvac. Last year our entire unit had to be replaced and with the pandemic, getting a new one was a bit of a challenge. They made it happen pretty fast. Then a few weeks ago a tech, Kel came out to our house to figure out why it wasn't working. He was very kind, prompt, and supportive. It was actually after hours but he wanted to make sure we had ac in 90 degree weather. We had a pleasurable experience and he even helped teach us a few tips if it happens again. Then a few weeks later one more tech, Dale, came out. The unit keeps freezing and once again he was

We love Howell HVAC! Have used them for several years for annual maintenance. They have kept us running strong through summer and winter, and when we did have an issue, they filed the warranty replacement for us- didn't cost us a dime! Just had them install Nest for us as well and their technician was amazing!
