David came out and we routed a gas line to service a Standby generator. We agreed on a price and set a date a week out. Well, they never came when they were supposed to and neither David or Richard returned my calls. Only guess is they didn’t want to honor the bid given me and simply blew me off. Unprofessional in the least.

Hipps came out to repair our minisplit system that my husband had installed due to having some leak issues. They ended up having to come out 3 times but only charged us for the initial repairs. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any HVAC needs you have! They are very prompt, honest, professional and stand behind their work!

I've lived on both coasts, in 4 different states and seen many HVAC contractors both good and bad. If you asked me to recommend ANYONE better than Hipps I would have to say they have no true peers. Most folks in this industry want to just get it done and get gone, Hipps does it right and makes sure you are happy with it. Honest, courteous, personable, professional with VERY reasonable prices. We are building a house in Flat Rock and are so glad that our builder used Hipp's Heating and Air for our HVAC and gas line needs. Their customer service and work are excellent. Richard and Melinda are great to work with and helped us out during those minor hiccups that occur when building a new house. I would not hesitate to recommend Hipp's to anyone looking for HVAC work done well, for a good, fair price.
