We have extensive experience in projects that require that the existing dwelling be raised and removed including the installation of new foundations. Our experience runs from building breathtaking waterfront dwellings to historic barns. Our build techniques range from traditional stick build methods, to timber frame methods to Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS).
We have worked with clients to obtain Shoreland Protection Permits and have installed perched beaches and retaining walls. We have demolished existing dwellings that have outlived their usefulness saving any appropriate materials to rebuild an energy efficient home on the same lot. The term customer puts the emphasis on selling.

Winni Construction utilizes responsible stewardship construction practices. We have constructed Energy Star Certified homes (one complete with an endless pool) and use green building practices to build energy conscious homes. Mark Phelps has used green building practices before they were called green.
During the summer of 2007, Winni Construction lifted our old house and barn as a unit. Once the buildings were up, they dug out the old dirt floor basement and crawlspace and, once a new foundation had been poured, they lowered everything back into place - 2 feet higher and UNBELIEVABLY drier! During all this time, we were able to live in the house due to their ingenuity - the experience of a lifetime!
