Decosta Construction is a small family business that started in 1980 with new home construction, remodeling, site work and excavation services in the Lakes. We continue to serve Central New Hampshire by becoming an Energy Star Partner and learning about new products and construction techniques such as working with insulated concrete forms, and Geothermal heating.

Building is in our blood, and construction is in our name, but we are much more than that. DeCosta Construction is a general contractor, that has experience in a wide array of professional services. These guys are great. We had their company do some renovations to an older camp style home. We ended up with a great blend of modern updates while keeping the original cozy feel. The staff was tremendous very knowledgeable and creative. While they were working they pointed out things which would help make the home more energy efficient and as ethically appealing. Overall a really fine job by a very accommodating staff.

Decosta Construction recently completed sitework, septic system installation and foundation installation for me on a site in Plymouth. I have been completely satisfied with Dana Decosta's professionalism and "can do" attitude. Dana went the extra mile for me when he cleared my site and treated the property as if it was his own. Dana is very knowledgable in all aspects of home building and has been very helpful to me as he prepared my site. What I particularly like about Dana is that he is well connected to all other tradesmen in the area and is more than willing to offer help
