If your life is already full with day to day things and you would like to build a new home, but don't want the burden of managing the process, we can GC your project. We will meet with you to dicuss the design and layout, line up your sub contractors, and manage the project every step of the way, thus removing the burden from you.
Many times when we build a new home for a client, it is their second home and they are not there full time. In this case we move on to our maintenance division. We can do property checks ensuring that in the winter your driveway is plowed, the heat is working, the dock is safe, and all the other things that can cause trouble during the cold winter months.
