Ron was raised in the HVAC industry. His dad owned his own HVAC company and Ron helped his dad from a very young age. Ron always loved the sheet metal aspect of it. After high school he worked full time for his dad and then other companies. Along the way the Heating and air Conditioning business has grown and changed and became more technical, he took classes to keep up to date.
Ron and Kim were married in 1988 and have three wonderful children. Kim was raised in a military setting as her dad was in the navy for 20 years. After marrying Ron and having three amazing children she was a stay at home mom. She kept busy volunteering in the church and Girl Scouts and homeschooling her children.
She cleaned houses and at time worked in day care settings and Head Start. When the kids graduated and left home she went to work at same company Ron was working for. They worked together for 8 years. We have now been married for 31 years and have started our new business. We love working together supporting each other and running a business together.
