Our ac was starting to act up and with having a one year old we couldn't have it as hot as it been getting. we called so many places and they were rude and booked out far. We called Todd's and he was at our house with in 10mins of calling him was nice and was up front about everything that was wrong and he wasn't just trying to get money from us.. Hired him to see if could fix our old system. He was honest about whether it was worth to fix it. He then installed a new system on the agreed upon price even though it should have cost more. He answered all questions and was friendly. This is who we will hire from now on.

On June 24 our AC stopped working due to damage from a gutter nail being dropped into the outside condenser during replacement of gutters. We considered this an emergency since my 93 year Mother lives with us. Both our home warranty company and ourselves were finding it impossible to get an AC tech that could come immediately. They were all scheduling appointments a week or more out. We were desperate and continued trying to find help. We located Todd's on Monday, June 29. Darrin came within 2 hours which was well after 'regular business hours'. Two days later, he replaced our system on Wednesday

Darren did an awesome job for us! I recommend him to anyone. He truly went above and beyond when he come out to service our heat pump. Very nice and listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. Will be using Todd’s in the future and if you want a dependable honest heating and air guy I recommend you use him too!

From the 1st phone call i was very impressed with the standard of professionalism and friendliness i received. Darrin was here and had our furnace working again in record time. He clearly knows what he is doing and he explained everything that had to be done before he started and gave us pricing which was very reasonable!
