My Gorilla Garage is a proprietary concrete coating that's perfect for protecting garage floors, porches, patios, sidewalks, pathways, and all your concrete surfaces. It's water resistant, stain proof, and increases traction in high-traffic areas. Used for outdoor, indoor, and commercial applications, the polyaspartic polyurea coating adheres to your concrete instead of layering on top like other common concrete resurfacing products.
The material we use is an elastomer, which means it has elastic properties. This makes it more flexible than traditional concrete coatings so, as your concrete settles, My Gorilla Garage can shift with it, preventing flaking and keeping your floor looking great. This flexibility has the added benefit of making your flooring more impact resistant, so dropped tools or mishaps won't hurt your sleek floors.

The most common reason homeowners refinish garage floors is for aesthetics. Filled out a form on Facebook to get a quote from this company. When they called me to follow up, the man on the phone asked me if I was married. I told him I don’t see the relevance. He told me he “just needed our names so they knew what to call us.” The day before my quoting appointment, the scheduler called me. She asked me specifically “Will both you and your husband be there for the presentation?” To which I said no. That was never my plan. I was gathering info to surprise him. I didn’t tell her that- it’s none of her business. She told me that they have a policy that the husband

Positive: Professionalism
Last year, 2020 They did my 3 car garage, everything was good but last week 9/22/2021 I noticed there is a small crack in the epoxy , 6 inches, starting to peel. Hard to get the salesperson to reply me so I called all the phone #'s I had and texted. Let's see what happens next.

We had our 3 car garage serviced by Gorilla Garage. After a few years, our Escalade front tires caused a couple spots to wear down to the concrete. In Sept 2020, my wife tried to schedule a service call to fix our floor. Here it is one year later and we still don’t have our garage floor fixed. We were told Covid has backed up the service calls, but we are going on almost one year now and our patience is wearing thin. The floor is great but we just need the company to provide a better customer service to our request per their warranty. I will followup this review with their response.

Considered getting deck on back patio to cover over dingy looking concrete slab and slippery narrow steps. Instead went with My Gorilla Garage to cover both concrete slab and steps (we also bought new rails installed on the side of the steps). WoW! What am amazing transformation! Everyone who has come over has immediately noticed and loves it. Steps have rougher texture. Very durable, easy to clean. Impressed by 2 men who installed it. Hard workers, nearly no talking but each focusing on what needed to be done. So glad we went this route. Don't think a deck would have been nearly this nice and

We just had MGG come in to refinish our garage floor here in SW Florida. I have prior knowledge of elastomeric substances in relation to commercial/industrial applications, so I knew it would be a good choice for garage flooring. I was concerned about an install in a humid climate, but a neighbor had the product installed by this company 4 years ago, it was holding up well with no ill effects. He recommended them.
A salesman initials JC (intentionally leaving out his full name) came and showed us the product and explained the installation process. He took measurements supposedly to determine dampness

Day 1: This will be a review in PROGRESS. After changing my work schedule and accommodating Gorilla Garage "booked schedule" I was cancelled and told it would be a week later. I changed my work schedule again and the tech showed up late and then said "I'll do prep today and someone will do the job tomorrow". WE emptied the garage contents onto the driveway in anticipation the job is done in ONE day as agreed.
Day 2: The job took 6.5 hours but turned out BEAUTIFUL.(color picked is SAFARI) We have to wait 48hr, strong odor while drying. It almost looks too nice to put the cars on.
So after a slow

Absolute garbage! Company performs shoddy work. Warranty is a complete joke. From my experience, they take advantage of the elderly. Customers are duped with confusing contracts and promises regarding "Lifetime" warranty. The product is literally peeling from the concrete patio it was intended to improve. Requests to have your money refunded are dismissed. If you would like to have the peeling and defective product removed, brace yourself for a $200 "Service Charge" and $50 an hour labor. The ineptitude and surprises never stop. Hopefully a class action lawsuit will be forthcoming. That seems to

Had my 4 car garage floor done three years ago and have had trouble several times since. It has taken them 6 months for a repair appointment and then a month after they did the repair, it peeled off and looks terrible again. To be repaired correctly they need to do the whole section that is bad. They claimed they came two days before they were scheduled and no one was home. We were home that whole day and they were two days early, if they came at all. I would not recommend them to anyone. You probably will not publish this negative review. I would recommend nature stone -- has to be better than

They do a good job but didn’t do what they supposed to do! They never took old tape off but sand it and cover it. Plus asked if one board for my trailer In their way? Those boys say nah. Now there a line in two area and missed spot! Waited for them to call back. It been 2 weeks now! Now I have to pay over 2 k which on sale in winter. I won’t recommend the company cause as far I feel they are avoid sent them back and fix it. Same people who installed first place. I don’t want same people come back fix their mistakes. Want new people. I’m calling the bank and fight to decline the total amount

Great outcome and our garage floor looks great!! I have read some of the other reviews and I will say from my recent experience of having several different home projects done by multiple contractors, that things happen. Not all projects go perfectly as planned. What matters the most is how issues get handled. We started our garage floor project right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and spring weather with lots of rain. However, the installation crew did a great job. They had to work around the weather and other customer installs to get ours done. I realize, we are not their only customer

I hired this company for quality, reputation and warranty. I now know I should have done further research. The cost of garage flooring from Gorilla Garage is quite expensive. I figured it was worth it for quality and warranty. I found that both are worthless. After less than a year my garage floor began to yellow. I contacted Gorilla Garage. They sent a representative who agreed the floor was discolored and said the company would fix it. He told me that the repair color would not match the rest of the garage. I told him that it must match and if necessary do the whole garage. He suggested that

Superb workmanship! After several rain delays our driveway is now finished! Staff are very careful about moisture levels - i.e. when it rains they delay doing the work since a water soaked ground makes the cement moist as well so you must be patient. I'd much rather wait a couple weeks or even months and have the job done correctly the first time. We had a painted design that was grooved into the cement meaning a lot of prep time involved. The tradesmen did a wonderful job of it (Mike & workers). The color is marvelous and the finished driveway is beautiful! I highly recommend.

My elderly parents' neighbors used this company to have their patio coated, so my parents asked me to call to get an estimate to have the same work completed at their home. The salesman was quick to return our call and set up the initial appointment. After reviewing the estimate they decided to have the work done. A deposit of 30% was requested that same day. The salesman contacted the scheduling department to set up a date, the earliest they could install was approximately two months out. He explained they were very busy and that would be the earliest date. The day approached for the install,
