In 2016,I had Brad replace my old propane furnace to a Daikin VFD furnace. Within two weeks, I got a B4 error code; he said if it happens more often he will talk to the Daikin Rep. Several times in four years this
happened, but Brad didn't look into it!! I didn't worry much because the
furnace does do a restart after one hour. Fast forward to Oct 2016, I started having an ignition/start problem which is an E0 error code. He came over to diagnose but couldn't find the problem. He said he will order parts and come back; it took 2 weeks. Lucky I had several infrared heaters to keep me warm. He put

Frog HVAC installed a ductless heating/air conditioning system on my 110 year old farmhouse. They were quick to come by to take a look and provide a quote, offered higher quality equipment at a lower price than others quoted for basic level equipment, and completed a terrific looking installation. I can't say enough about the quality of work that Froghvac does. we have a new furnace, air conditioner and 2 new vents in the floor. INCREDIBLE difference. We just got our new heat pump installed, replacing our 22 year old AC unit. Frog HVAC was able to come out, provide and estimate and get the new unit installed before I could get an estimate from another company.
Really happy with how fast the process was, and the quality of the unit. Good people too, recommend them for sure.

Got this recommendation from our neighbor who's a builder (always a good referral!) and they were really great. Replaced our 20+ year old furnace and added AC -- can't even tell the AC was a retrofit. Finished on schedule, no surprises except how smoothly everything went! Thanks for doing a great job!
