Ac leak created water damage to my carpet. Gregg explained all the flooring options and explained it perfectly. He worked out the costs, difference between carpet vs other flooring. He made a miserable situation much easier. Shoutout to Julie, very patient as I was choosing which vinyl plank I liked best. Will update after the flooring is installed.

I highly recommend Lifetime Flooring. In my opinion their products and services are the best in Jacksonville. Greg is professional, courteous and really gets the job done. We had an issue with another company who was initially performing our flooring install and he stepped in and helped save the day.

Great experience all around. We recarpeted one part of our home and changed out carpet to tile on the other side. We were disappointed to learn the matching tile had been discontinued but Karen showed tremendous patience to help find the best possible match. It turned out to be very close! Karen also got me a bigger sample of the carpet I thought would work and that really helped. Chris did a great job coordinating everything and was always accessible as needed. Both the carpet and tile installation crews were very courteous and professional. And cleaned up after themselves! It was a 3 day project

I had multiple flooring companies come by and give me quotes, but Greg stood out among the rest by far. He sat down with me, explained my options, and worked around my needs. I'm a recent homeowner who didn't know much about flooring. Greg was patient and walked me through everything there is to know. I was in a tough situation between my insurance company being incompetent and my pressing demand to get the flooring installed quickly, because I have visitors flying into town to stay with me. He worked with me on the cost of the project

We had luxury vinyl flooring installed by Souds (now Lifetime) and wanted to extend the same planks into two more rooms. We were very clear that the new floor needed to be the exact same planks or we didn’t want them. Randy found the past order and both he and other staff confirmed it was the SAME PRODUCT. We paid half of the cost with an $1800 deposit. Since it was awhile since the first install, we understood there might be minor variation, but the new planks arrived with a “beveled edge” which makes the floor look very defined around each plank. Easy, comfortable process from beginning to end! Lifetime is priced very competitively, and pricing is easy to understand. We replaced a combination of carpet and tile with luxury vinyl plank and couldn't be happier. From the salesfloor to the installation crew, everyone was wonderful!
