How long has it been since someone just does what they say they are going to do? Five Star and especially the flooring folks led by Robert has been a refreshing experience. Lots of surprises in 1770 sq ft, with regard to the floor leveling, angles, broken pipes and even exposes rebar but this crew didn't miss a beat. They were professionals, people that look like they have done this before and they act like it too. I can't say enough good things about how this group just solves the problem, executes as planned and delivers. Next I'm asking them to remodel a shower, different crew but my hope is

The entire experience, from the input and advice as we chose our flooring, to the demo of the old and install of the new, was excellent. The office staff and all the workers are so knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Prices are fair and the work quick, thorough, and done with excellence.
