Duval Floor care came and cleaned my floors. He was very professional, and even called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and could be here sooner. I have 2 large dogs who struggle with separation anxiety and he was able to get my floors looking years younger and get the dog smell out! Very respectful and professional. Hughest quality and better than the big name conpanies i had come out before. Definitely saving them in my contacts so i can use them from now on!

I made the mistake of hiring someone else who ended up ruining my tile with the cheap type of products they used. They put on a sealer that made a huge mess and got very ugly on my porcelain tile. Luckily there are still professionals in this business. James (the owner) was hired to clean up the mess the other company did and resealed the tile (to keep my grout white). He did an amazing job! Highly recommended, you won’t regret

I called James in more or less a panic on Saturday 3/28. He answered all of my questions about pricing for both floor cleaning and move out cleaning for my 2600sqft home. He even made sure they'd be available to clean my home the very next day - and they DID! My home is ridiculously clean, the carpets look brand new. Amazing on cost (especially considering how large my home is!). They went above and beyond to make sure I had the kind of receipt I needed for my leasing company. Wow! James and his crew were so knowledgeable, professional and fast! They were able to book my appointment for the next day and were upfront with costs as well as stains. What didn't come up is due to staining to the pad (and would require pad replacement). I'm so pleased with how our carpets turned out. Thank you so much Duval Floor Care!!

Called to see if they serviced my area because I‘m out in Bryceville and he was here within an hour, the Sunday before Christmas!! Did a great job on my hall that was soiled from pets. He was very polite, professional and talked me through the process he was doing. Will definitely call again if needed and refer to family/friends!

Absolutely cannot express how amazing this company is! They actually cleaned my carperts instead of just pushing around dirty water! My carpets smell great ....and look like new again!
