They did a fantastic job. Our AC went out and they were not only quick to respond but they went above and beyond what we expected. The manufacturer told us the part would be 2 months out but MLD found the part within a few days and had it installed in no time at all. I highly recommend them!

My outside unit failed and it was more than a simple starter cap problem. They got me back operational with minimal downtime. I will be using them for future repairs and eventual purchase when this 20 year old unit that came on the house finally gives up the ghost.

MLD services did an outstanding job! Braden showed up on time and was courteous and knowledgeable. I worked with office staff to get new unit ordered and paid for and they made the process simple. Pricing was very reasonable and Maintenance is included. I was very happy with the install and now maintenance on our new AC unit. I would definitely use them in the future.

I will never use another company. We love MLD Services. Our tech that came out today was Braden and he was the sweetest most polite young man. He was very appreciative of being able to help out someone with a house full of kids and a VERY hot house. Thank you MLD for hiring good polite people.
When talking on the phone to the office, Dallas (i think is her name), she is also very polite and personable.

If you are looking for an HVAC Company that is thorough, cost efficient with GREAT customer service - You found it!!! Mike and his team did a great job installing our Comfort Heat Pump. We were limping along with our old unit which they kept on life support last summer until we were in a place to move onto a much more energy efficient system. Also, if you have allergies as my family does, go the extra step and get the air purifier, it makes a big difference in air quality in the house with less sneezing and itch eyes. Bonus Points for letting use no about all the rebates and tax savings:)

My mother recently had to have the entire HVAC unit replaced in her residence and MLD Services was one of three service companies we called on for quotes. Mike was amazing and gave us an honest recommendation and a good fair quote right up front, which we didn't feel we necessarily got from the others. He walked us through the pros and cons of repair vs. replacement so that we could make a truly informed decision. Once we gave him the go ahead he and his crew were out early the following morning and had the entire unit replaced by lunch time. He and his team were also courteous and professional
