AC went out with a 8 1/2 month pregnant wife, in the middle of summer. Taylor and Rog were here quick, diagnosing quickly, and beat everyone else’s price by literally thousands. We had to replace the original unit to the house. Was here next day and and back up and running before noon. Service like this usually is only promised, but I was blown away, literally. 😉

We were put in a bit of a bind over the weekend when our A/C went out. I contacted Roger on a Saturday, he did a visit, presented my options in a professional manner, and gave me the facts. By Monday late morning he had replaced my furnace and the problem was solved. I have used Roger now on two occasions and highly recommend his services. He obviously knows the business very well and gives you a straight, honest answer.

When I called Roger Brown to come out, he was there the very same day when I got off work to look at my ac system.
He gave me a quote and was very up front with me on the cost.
When I was ready, I called him and his team was there to install my new ac/heating system and was done by the end of the day.

I've been working with Roger and his staff for several years. They've always been quick and courteous when it comes to repairing our A/C unit and they always charge us a fair price.
