Wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Horrible experience. The customer service, the installation of our wood floors. Everything. Biggest mistake was using Hadinger flooring for our house and I will be happy to tell anyone who wants to listen why they shouldn’t make the same mistake we made! This company should be ashamed.
For anyone reading this also make note that the company won’t reply to negative comments on Google AND they won’t help you in real life either.

We contracted with this reputable company to install LV flooring in our condo. The business end went well and the finished product is good, but the installation process was miserable. Was told by sales it would take 3 days, it took 3 weeks. Bottom line was we drove down 1700 miles when told it was finished. Our manager called and said our place was uninhabitable. And it was. Dust, debris, material, trash, buckets of stuff, doors not rehung, transition strips missing, furniture not back in place. Worst was someone had used the bathroom and well, ...enough said about that. We raised a big stink

This company is one to be avoided. Their customer service is awful. I signed a contract to have the floors in my entire house redone and paid half in advance. Two weeks later their team showed up to start the project, I asked their team leader questions regarding what material they were using for the sub-flooring and he had no idea of the answer. They were here to start the entire flooring job of my home and he couldn’t answer that simple question, I asked him to call his supervisor which he did, his supervisor offered to come to my home that morning to look at the project and called me and canceled

I Love the GREAT, Professional service Hadinger's provides. I have had a great deal of contact with Justin during our community rebuild. Justin has always made himself available, very responsive and most importantly will go above and beyond to make the customer happy and satisfied. Also, the installation crew is also very professional and respectful. They do an amazing job.

Whenever I have flooring needs whether it be carpeting, area rugs or flooring my first choice is Hadinger’s. They have the largest selection of rugs in every possible size. They even allow you to take home the rug and see if it works for you.
I’ve bought rugs for my home in NC and they were happy to ship them.
Their staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
I haven’t found any store that compares.

Rachel helped me source a rug and she was so enjoyable to work with. As a busy mom I didn’t have a lot of time but she made the process easy and fun! We used text messaging as a quick way to communicate and keep things moving along. Our rugs arrived quickly and the team did a great job installing. I highly recommend Hadinger Flooring.

The tile installer was to show Monday between 8-10. We callled at 10:30 since no one showed and did not receive a call. Customer service not to concerned. Told us someone would be at the house tomorrow by 8:30. Finally someone came at 9:15 then worked a total of 3 hrs. (Remainder of time at lunch or on personal phone calls). Wednesday he actually got some work done. Thursday worked until 3:15 to lay 8 tiles and grout. Mind you this is a 50 sq. ft. powder room which was to be completed in 2 days per salesperson and scheduler. Called Wayne you is supposedly a manager who again could care less

They will say anything to make a sale. Was told it would be 7-10 days for my rug order, it is now 2 months and counting. They wouldn't return my phone calls to tell me, and when I finally reached the salesperson, her response was, "Well, you want it or not?" Wow. Attitude AND deceit.

We are repeat customers over the course of many years. Been a while since our last remodel, so we were curious to see if Hadinger could still earn our business.

Appreciate that Hadinger Flooring offers great quality products and excellent service. Latest purchase was three rooms of ceramic tile. Very competitive pricing coupled with outstanding installation and after sale service. Job was done on time, as scheduled, and the quality of the installation is first rate.

I stopped by Hadinger's a few months ago insisting in my mind that I was going to purchase ceramic tile floor. I was quickly greeted by Randy, super nice guy, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Randy asked me detailed questions about my project and my goals and after discussing quite a bit he suggested an alternative product that ultimately ended up being a MUCH better fit for my needs at a lower cost. I am so grateful to Randy for not being afraid to question me and to skillfully suggest something that I was able to quickly agree was a better fit. I love my new floors and am forever grateful

We had a tile floor installed. We SPECIFICALLY asked if they do their own work or do they sub-contract. They told us they do their own work. Well that was a lie. They sent 3 guys and only 1 spoke English. They were here 1 hour and said they needed a new tile cutter so they left for 2 hours. They made such a mess in the room while working and at the end of the day left dirty pans and empty bottles and soda cans on the floor for the next day. Then sent a woman and man to do the grout and what a mess. They had wrong color grout so said they will come another day! Did a terrible job. Many spots

Hadinger Flooring has been around for a long time. They are very reliable. Bi purchased carpeting and it did not wear well. Almost two years later they replaced it. I upgraded and paid a small difference. If you want quality and a reputable store give Hadingers a shot.
They were good to us.
Ask for Wendy. She is the best.

Disappointing experience. I would just simply say that before you settle on a product, check around on pricing. Twice I was nearly overcharged by a quite a bit had I not discovered the correct recommended retail pricing on line.

In February, we purchased a rug and were told it would be a week to two weeks to receive it. On week 2 we received a call saying it would actually be 4-6 weeks and are we ok with that. We said yes as long as it wasn't longer.
Well, here we are in month 4, and we are told that it never takes a few weeks, but 4/6 MONTHS to get a rug in. We would have never purchased the rug if we would've been told this.
So now we have to wait until June.
We were basically blown off after asking to cancel the order and told they can take as long as they want "because it's in their paperwork

We made the move to Florida, full time, a week after Hurricane Irma! We wanted to renovate the home we bought and flooring was first on the list. Jerry Szymkowski at Hadingers was extremely helpful and gave us many options for new flooring. The installers did a wonderful job and the new hardwood floors look amazing!

While visiting Hadingers, we mentioned to Jerry that we were also going to redo the kitchen and he introduced us to Linda Hoover, a kitchen designer at Hadinger. Linda was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She took lots of time with us, gave us great advice and helped

Great salesman at first but now that I am almost ready for the second phase of my work he doesn't return his emails or phone calls. It's like a part time job to try to contact them and monitor the details of the project. Luckily it is not my home. No communication between the details that were needed for the first phase install and the crew they sent out. Then they didn't have enough carpet so I have a me room with ripped nasty carpet still two weeks and counting.
Seemed to be great prices but I will go somewhere else for my next office build!

Love Hadinger Gallery! This is our second area rug from them & more to come. Everyone that we have met there have been so kind & helpful. They have area rugs for every room and everyone's different style needs. Last time we weren't sure of our rug so we took a picture, went home & measured it out. We didn't want to drive the 2 hours back so we called gave the description & they confirmed the rug & sent it! Love how they'll do this. This is why I said probably more, we bought one this time but took 2 Pics of others for a different room. This way we can go

We didn't really know what we wanted, and Peter was enormously helpful in guiding us with our choice.
He was extremely knowledgeable and informative about pros and cons of different products.
The installation was perfect and the team left our place clean.
