Fred was honest and trustworthy and he did great quality work for a fraction of the cost and I am extremely happy I found someone reliable and who was not trying to scam me. Highly reccomended!!!

HVAC technician arrived 10:10 for a scheduled furnace check for $89. During the visit he mentioned the flame sensor needed cleaning and I quote him "it would be a little more." Shame on me for not asking specifically as I hardly consider $80 or 90% of the original charge "a little more" considering this was all labor and no parts. Moreover he left my home at 10:50 spending a total of 40 minutes.
Later I find out their rate per hour and doing the math with this well above market rate means he spent 1/2 hour cleaning said flame sensor and 20 minutes on the rest of the furnace

They replaced our boiler in the last week, and when they came to give us a quotation, they lowballed us and estimated about $2100. When they actually came to replace the boiler, they claimed that we had given misinformation about our existing boiler and infrastructure (in fact we had given them our exact boiler model so there is no possibility of misinformation here). After claiming that we had not given them correct information, they changed the estimate to over $2700, a $600 increase. When we tried to argue that the quoted price doesn't match this, they threatened to take the new boiler away

This company is amazing... I went to the basement and when I turned on the light I saw at the bottom of my stairs water.... yikes... I ran down the stairs and saw water spaying from my ceiling. The house water shut off wouldn't turn off and I panic-ed... One call and and approximately 30 minutes latter Glinke Plumbing was there.... They immediately located the leak in the ceiling and shut the water off. That was a lifesaver ... I had many family treasures stored downstairs. All I can say is these people know what there doing and didn't grind me with a huge bill.. The work was preformed efficiently
