I won the QMIX home furnace makeover and Reliable did an outstanding job recognizing that my furnace was 3 years old and my water heater was corroded and not working to its capacity so instead of the free… furnace they allowed me to get the water heater instead! Looked around for a local HVAC company and Reliable looked to be the best rated one, especially with being a smaller company. I knew my furnace was having issues and I have a warranty after recently buying my first home. I was scheduled in the next day after calling. Jerrod showed up on time, was quick and thorough to diagnose my concerns. We called my home warranty company and he was able to take care of the warranty side with parts/prices. I scheduled again next day for estimates on furnace to be replaced with them. Quick and easy process! Will use again if I have issues/concerns.

Originally we were happy with our experience with getting an estimate and scheduling installation. We had them install a new hvac system with AC, furnace, and new ducts. After installing they left our old ducts they were paid to remove so they had to come out and get that after I called and complained. Then 2 weeks after installation we turned our… furnace on for the first time to find out we had cold air. After a second call they told us they forgot to order part of the furnace so we had no heat. This is the second time I called for their plumbing services and it is also the second time they leave without fixing a thing. They didn't even bring their tools in. The first time they came they had to use my dad's tools and then tried to walk away with them. They told them that the pipes were too old and needed replaced. They shut off the water to the pipes and didn't fix the problem which was a leaking pipe under the sink. Now the second time around, the pipe is now busted and leaking into the basement. I have had a tough time with my furnace, it was leaking water and it destroyed my floors and subfloors in two rooms entirely including a room full of hardwood. I’ve had two separate companies come over and tell me everything is fine and they don’t see a problem so I replaced my floors. Well it’s leaking again and again they say, there’s nothing… wrong.
