These guys just came out and put a whole new Heat/Air system on our house with all new duct work. They were very pleasant to work with, they were fast, very efficient, very respectful, neat and happy to do their jobs. They even went above and beyond and fixed my laundry room door. I have OCD and the neat and clean lines of the new duct work is AMAZING!
Overall a very reasonable and affordable system and an extremely satisfied customer. Fantastic customer service. Wish I could give more that 5 stars. 😊

The after purchase service has been amazing! They had installed a new heat pump using the drain that the previous heat pump had used. Unfortunately, the new one was much more efficient and the drain couldn't handle the load. They accepted total responsibility for not "doing it right" the first time and came out at odd hours and with a smile on their face until the problem was resolved. Love their customer service!

In need of a heating and cooling system and in search for a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer, I contacted Mitsubishi and was referred to Cooley's Heating & Air in Salem, IN. I requested information from Cooley's about a system and they advised a residential visit would be required to ensure the system would be properly sized.
Brian Cooley arrived the next day and was very professional and thorough in explaining the options and inspecting our old system to avoid replacement, if a repair would correct our problems.
The old system was beyond reasonable repair so Brian presented a proposal for the new system
