If I could give it 0 stars I would. This people are nothing but D’ worse company ever. This job was supose to be done in one week and it’s been 3 weeks and it still need tile to be replace. Because of the bad job that the have done.There not professional at all. After they install the tiles they had to go back and replace more than 10 tile . Henry as the supervisor didn’t do nothing to help . They really don’t care they only get the money and forget about the rest which it cost me more than 18,000 dollars.Here i post only a few pictures but there is alot more . And also the yard all mess

We took a look around, and honestly I expected more. It was a decent sized showroom, but their was either high-end pieces like quartz, granite, and marble or low-end pieces like vinyl and such.. I expected that there would be more mid-range and especially clearance pieces. We saw items we liked, they were just high-priced.

I have visited this store twice. The first time I was with my husband and wanted to get idea of some kitchen and flooring design. While the store was little busy not one person spoke to us or acknowledged we were there so we decided to leave. Fast forward 2 months now I am ready to purchase my kitchen and flooring I decide to stop give them one more try as I like to buy local. I walked in and was greeted by signs saying to stay put until I check in and to wear a mask. I looked around the store and not one person in there had a mask on including staff and customers. We Closed on our house on a Friday and really needed to get carpet in before we moved in. We went to a couple places and we didn’t think this would be possible. When we got to the best floors we found an Affordable carpet that we loved and they were able to order it and install it in a week. We ordered room carpet, backsplash, & patio pavers. The merchandise quality is excellent and they have so many choices. The showroom is superior & it is easy to shop & get an idea of how the products can fit into your space.
Cost:
I should have run out of the door when they tried to charge me $1200 for the 2nd bedroom carpet. I showed them a Lowes add--$799 with installation. They balked & then said they'd match the price.
Installation:
I also ordered patio pavers & the installation quotes kept changing $500 and then $700, etc. Lowes charged $400

Very disappointed with their customer service. I called regarding a tile, they didn't have enough for what I needed and offered to call the other store for me to see if they had any of the tile I wanted. they tried but couldn't reach them. they said they would try the next day and would call me. I ended up calling them since I didn't hear back. They stated they still couldn't reach them but should be able to the next morning. The next day came and no call back. I waited until late afternoon to call them for a status. This time they stated they didn't have any. I

Bottom Line Up front, After spending 20k on the floor, kitchen and cabinet. The work completed is below average. Wife decide to get the new tile floor with zero grout guide. The tile look very uneven and the floor molding look very ugly. Regarding the cabinet, they tore up the electrical conduet when they take out the cabinet. The plumbing from the bathroom and kitchen was left incomplete when they put in the new cabinet. The cabinet guy took all the old plumbing from the sink in the bathroom and kitchen. So, we had to buy at new stuff. Also the island was not nail down to the floor. Regarding

Id give zero stars if I could. Absolutely the worst company ever. Worst customer service. Never showed up in time, said they were coming then didn't show, shoddy workmanship and unfortunately once the work started, we couldn't change our mind and kick them out and start over with someone else. I always like to start with the positive - the sales pitch was top notch (by the owner). He went as far to promised that if I was not happy with the work/tile installation, it will be completely redone; so NOT TRUE. That's it. Now it's all downhill once you've paid.

We had a terrific experience having laminate installed in our home. Our budget was tight and the timeframe to get the floor installed was limited. They totally came through for us.
I can't say enough about how easy Leo was to work with. He was able to provide us with options they had in stock in our price range. I also can't express how amazing the install crew was. They were clean, quick and very professional.
Honestly the bad yelp reviews almost scared me away from using this company. I'm glad I decided to try them. We will be using them again in the future.
