We scheduled someone to look at the AC. They didn't show up to the appt made the first time, second time, or third. No call no show, 3 different occasions. We would call to see what was going on, most of the time they couldn't get ahold of their own technician. We never heard or saw from the technician, and the people in the office had no record of our appointments or the reason why the technician didn't show. They have one technician, who seems to be way too busy and they are not organized with poor customer service. Rather than quickly getting us rescheduled, we waited another week, then it happened

I honestly do not understand how these guys are still in business! Do not wast you money or time with these guys! John came out to try and figure out what was going on with my furnace and told me it was the control board that he would order a new one and replace it that was over 3 months ago havent heard or saw him since. I have tried to call 30 times with not one response from them even left over 15 messages and they still have not responded!!!

I made an appointment for warranted repair of a unit he installed. I took the whole day off and waited for his scheduled afternoon visit. By 7pm he had not called, emailed, or appeared. All calls to his office and cell went unanswered. I talked to his wife the next day on the business number. She apologized and promised someone would call me before noon that day. Calls that afternoon went unanswered. I've heard nothing now two weeks later.
Do not use John Schindlbeck for anything. He cannot meet the basic requirements for customer service or even common courtesy.
