Had Brian's company install an a/c unit. His workers wired it wrong and ruined the furnace circuit board. Brian said he would fix it. Fast forward 2 months and a whole bunch of calls and txt, NOTHING!!! Had A different company come out and within 3 days had the part and fixed it. I will not recommend this company nor will i use them again. He can't be trusted.

My husband and I have been very pleased with the service we have received from Brian West. He is honest, trustworthy, and dependable. I randomly called his company very late on a Friday afternoon in February when we realized neither heating units seemed to be working at our lake house. Brian came out to the house within an hour of our call, diagnosed that both heat pumps were not working, and worked past 11pm to get one of the systems running again. In addition, at the same time we called Brian about the heating issues, a pipe in our basement bathroom split and I couldn’t find any plumbers that

Our AC was not cold. Called them and was told they would be at our place in an hour. The man showed up 30 minutes later, checked our system said it needed freon and added some to our unit. It works great now. Very fair prices

All services performed on time in a professional manner for the contract price... couldn't ask for a better outcome! Project done and still haven't received quotes form some other vendors! Workers showed attention to detail above and beyond what was required and the value we received exceeded the price we paid. I have 20 years of experience dealing with contractors in the Lake area. West Heating & Cooling has earned our trust and they will be our first call if we require assistance with our hvac.

We called Brian West Heating and Air Conditioning when our pilot light went out at our lake house. He charged us for a “weekend emergency rate” (over $265) to light the pilot light. Two weeks later, our pilot light was out again. We called Brian West to come back because of the same issue in a short time frame. When he came this time, he discovered that our unit had a hole in it which let air in to extinguish the pilot light (I wonder why he didn’t notice it 2 weeks prior, but my husband says I’m being picky). For those checking West Heating & Cooling, I personally have known this Business Man for over ten years (don't let my name detour you). Mr. West knows what he is doing and currently has a dedicated staff to take care of your Heating and Cooling requests. Unfortunately he has experienced a former girlfriend (former office manager) that was destined to attempt to ruin his reputation. Assigned by our home warranty company and given the correct address, phone, etc. Tech never showed up, didn't call. At 1 hr past appt time, I called the owner. He told me he'd check where the tech was and call me right back. He did not return my call. An hr later, I called him back. I was rightfully livid. He asked for our address saying that if the tech didn't show up in a few minutes, he'd come out himself. I gave him the address and he told me that they don't service our area, that I was mad at the wrong person...AND HUNG UP ON ME!!! Such rude, unprofessional, arrogant behavior from a company
