Evan, service tech, is very helpful. He takes time to explain everything and answer all my questions. We had a electrical service breaker that gave up and he went out and found one and got it installed! Can't ask for better than that!

We want to thank you for your prompt service! We showed up at our Lake house Friday morning and the furnace was not working. We gave TOM'S a call and was unsure if it could be serviced right away. Brayden worked us into his schedule and had us warm and toasty by that evening. Thank you Brayden for your professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, and kindness. Great overall installation. Tom’s technicians did a great job installing a heat pump unit. The unit was correctly sized, and neatly installed with attention to details. Great company. My 20+ AC system was hanging on by a thread. He sold me a new one for a fair price and gave me several options and his professional recommendations. Installation crew was amazing - very respectful and informative as they worked. They cleaned up well afterwards. Arrived at time promised. The office staff kept me up to date on what to expect and let me know exactly when the crew would arrive. I highly recommend Tom’s Air Conditioning!

We have worked with the guys from Toms several times. From installing new minisplits to an addition, to doing maintenance repairs on our AC and furnace. Always very professional, always answer the phone and if they don’t —you leave a message and they do call back! They always stay in touch with you and show up when they tell you they will. Brayden was back today for a minor repair to our furnace. He commented about being here before during our renovation, nice to know they remembered!
