After surviving the arctic cold of this winter, my antique furnace finally said "I'm done". As sad as I was to say goodbye, Henderson was there to save me. Jack and his team were fabulous, professional, quick and amazing. They got my entire new system replaced and going in record time. Will never call anyone else and recommend them 100%.

The man that came to talk to me about my heat pump was very polite and informative. However, it was a talk. He did not look at my unit at all. I was sent a bill for 70 dollars for a man giving me information that could have been told to me over the phone. When I called to inquire about the bill, I was shocked at the way I was treated. The woman was rude, talked down to me, and basically acted like I was lying that absolutely nothing was done as far as inspecting my heat pump. If I could give zero stars I would. This company cares about the dollar, not the customer.

Henderson heating and cooling has serviced our old unit a few times over the years and have always done an outstanding job and customer service is very good. We just purchased a new unit from them and the customer service was great just as it has always has been. The installation went great and the crew was very professional. I definitely recommend them.

We had our Air Conditioner go out in the middle of the afternoon. We called and they said they would try to get somebody but could not guarantee it. But we were very fortunate that they were able to and they sent out a young man by the name of Eric and he did an amazing job. We couldn’t be happier with the service and quality that we got. I would highly recommend Henderson heating and air for all your service needs.
