In 1962, Mac Case opened Case Heating & Sheet Metal as a Lennox dealer. Ben Reid began working alongside Mac in 1996. Ben learned all about HVAC and how the business operated, and he was able to purchase the business from Mac when he retired in 2015. Ben continues to run Case Heating with the same dedication to honesty and great service customers expect.

We used Ben a couple times this year. Once for air back in late summer & once for heat this winter. He did amazing. Fast, fair prices, we may have just got lucky but available immediately.

Ben just saved our Memorial Day weekend for sure!!! Came home at 4:30 to no air and the house was at 81. He came out, fixed our A/C, was super nice, and affordable!!! Highly recommended!!!
