Let me preface this with I do my research...probably too much research to the point where I become annoying to friends because I can't stop talking about the new (and mundane) things I'm learning. Anyway,. I visited 6-7 other flooring vendors, and 3-4 of them knew next to nothing about carpet. Of those who did know what they were talking about, Jim Rice at Rolando's was the most knowledgeable. I just walked in there today and wow!!!! Super huge selection and Jim Rice was extremely helpful. The prices can't be beat. Im sending them my floor plans to get an estimate!! Love this place.
