We are about 80% dustless we do our very best to capture as much dust as possible with our dustless grinders and by blocking of entry and exits with 1 mil of plastic. There may be some dust. Wood Floor removal produces less dust than tile floor removal. Our tile and hardwood removal is demolition. This will at times cause incidental damage.
We scheduled an appointment with floor busters even though we have been doing demo for over 30 years. We were working in a general contractors house and I wanted to impress. They showed up early on the date of appointment and tore out the floor and ground off the thinset with minimum dust. They hauled away the trash and even though there was a little more than what I described, they treated me fairly.

I am sorry it took me so long to write a review. These guys were a life saver! I was getting flooring done and we thought we could remove the tile ourselves, boy were we wrong. Not only are they professional, they are quick and honest. If I ever get an idea to remove flooring again I will call Chris and his team first!

Excellent. I had several layers of different residual adhesives and leveling compound that previous owners had let accumulate on the slab over the years, plus unusually thick thin-set in other areas: a difficult job. I tried chisels, a rented electric stripper/scraper, and Diamabrush attachments on a buffer and an angle grinder. It would have taken me weeks. So I called around. Chris at Floor Busters 210 was the most responsive and professional, and quoted a price less than half of the next lowest bid. They came out a few days later with an impressive dust extraction system and serious tools. And

Very Professional, Chris was on time and did a fantastic job removing our tile. We started the job as a DIY and realized 30 minutes in-with only 5 tiles chipped up that we needed a professional. Chris had the job done in 1 day. Chris is prompt to answer questions and return call and text, he even returned the next day (at no charge) to chip up a little thin set we encountered under the baseboards. Everything from the prep work to the cleanup was fantastic.
