Was told they would be here 1pm - they no showed, i called and got a text that y were refusing to service me because of where i live outside abilene. Your website says you service surrounding areas. I live 4 minutes from abilene. Actually my home is Abilene city limits. Abilene 79603 . Dont advertise and no show and not even contact me and waste my saturday. Never would suggest this company . This was extremely unprofessional. Also the fact i call you and you just send me a text? As a business that is unprofessional.

Would NOT recommend this company. Very Unprofessional. The Owner was NOT upfront about how much his services would cost. We thought we were getting his "New Customer Special" for $79 for 4 hours of work. He brought 3 girls to our house, spent 2 hours in the home, and then charged me $145! Not to mention, two of the three girls that were cleaning my house mentioned to me that they had JUST STARTED THE DAY OF or the DAY BEFORE my services. Apparently, the Owner was using my house as their "training day", but the overall price did not reflect that by any means! Also, one of the girls accidentally

Nancy, Tanya and Gabby did an amazing job. I needed service last minute and they provided an excellent experience even Sal the owner stopped by to make sure things were up to par. I recommend them and will definitely be using them again !!!

The team had to spend 4-5 hours to clean the mess my tenants left after moving out. The amount of work needed was significant, so I am grateful to them. We did the final walk around and they finished cleaning whatever was missed. The price was very reasonable and I will hire them again next time I'll need the cleaning!

We used this company when we sold our house and were moving out. One of the employees stole our patio furniture while they were cleaning, luckily it was recovered from her. I understand you can’t control the actions of your employees, but the owner of this company never once reached out to us to apologize for the inconvenience and for having to get the Sheriff involved. We waited an entire week to see if the owner would speak to us and he did not. We are very disappointed in how he handled the entire situation. He never told my wife to call the police. He reached out to us to make sure he got

Sudzee's has been cleaning our home for over a year or longer. Extremely happy with how business is conducted and how clean my house is! Sal and the ladies are very trustworthy and friendly. I have and would recommend them to anyone! If you need your home cleaned give them a call!! You'll be glad you did.

Had a terrible experience with Sudzee's. Booked a cleaning a month in advance and Sal came by to do a walkthrough. The morning of, they were ONE HOUR late and I had to call them to find out why. No courtesy call was made by Sal. He claimed to have lost all contact information. He said they were down a cleaner and would try to get it done. He didn't know general move out cleaning expectations. They left without finishing because they were behind on another job and Sal didn't think they should have had to wipe out cabinets. Sudzees cleaning was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I really liked the fact that they do green cleaning, which is a big concern for me since I have a dog and cat. The eco-friendly vacuum picks up more dog and cat hair than any other vacuum I have used. The house is noticeably less dusty and the air is almost easier to breathe. I can't wait to do business with them in the future and I hope to be a regular client.
