I was very impressed with this company Quality Carpet the young man that came to clean my carpet was named Isaac he was very friendly and he was able to answer all my questions and concerns.He took his time and cleaned my carpets in my house and made them look brand new again. He did an excellent job.I will be using this company for all my carpet and upholstery needs from here on out and I recommend that you use this company too. And ask for Isaac he is the one that did my carpets.

Very professional and punctual. Called them for a quote and scheduled me a time for the next business day. Called me before they arrived to make sure it was a good time and took less than an hour to clean my sectional. Great price for a great job! Super happy with the end result. My wife insisted that our house smelled like a dead animal and tracked the smell to the vents. We called and they sent out a guy the next day he inspected our vents gave us a price and made an appointment. They were in and out of the house in 2 hours and I kid you not the house smells brand new. Very professional we will definitely be using their services in the future. Thank you so much!

I had a small job that I needed help with. Most other companies I called around to didn't have any one to help. I called Quality Carpet cleaning in a whim and am so glad I did. Absolutely a pleasure to have Jason come out and check out our carpets and clean them for us. We had contacted a couple of other carpet cleaning companies in the area one being Bulldog Floor Cleaning with an appointment scheduled to give me an estimate and they were a NO call NO show. I then called Quality Carpet Cleaning after my mother-in-law recommenced them and scheduled an appointment. Got a call to see if we were available to come out sooner than appointment and it worked for us and our schedule so we accepted the new time. Got here in a timely manner and was honest with us about our carpets

I've not used this company and don't plan to, but the high pitched squealing noise coming from their van working 4 blocks from our house had us asking neighbors, police, the fire station nearby, etc. what on earth that painful noise was. One neighbor braved the unpleasant, ear splitting noise and found the van doing work on Autumnwood across from Bonham school. This company needs to evaluate its machine or vehicle and oil it or replace a belt or something. My ears will never be the same. Horrible and irresponsible to an entire neighborhood.

We called Quality Carpet Cleaning to come and clean our carpet and two couches before moving . They did the most amazing job cleaning them. Our couches and carpet looked and smelled great.
