Stainbusters is a carpet cleaning company that specializes in residential carpet cleaning and stain removal. Our cleaning unit is completely self contained in our van, we do not need water or an electrical hook-up which means there is less equipment to drag through your home. Our system is powered by a V8 engine that provides enough power to deep clean at higher temperatures and pressure while still allowing for quick dry times.
Because of this system we have little to no down time and are able to perform your cleaning efficiently so that you can get on with your day. The average cleaning takes between 1-2 hours while most larger homes will take between 2-4 hours. We are a small owner operated 1 van operation. We are fully insured, & have 17 years of experience in the field with a specialization in pet odor remediation and stain removal.

Services
Our pricing is always a flat rate and includes pre-treatments with the appropriate detergent, water soluble spot removal, and deep hot-water extraction to remove deeply embedded soil, body oils, dander, and allergens. We only use top of the line truck-mounted equipment. Our cleaning system is powered by an 8 cylinder Chevy motor allowing for solution temperatures up to 230 degrees and extreme vacuum suction.
I return every inquiry that same business day, usually within an hour or two. If you need an immediate response or have an emergency, you can text questions or requests to 571-243-1525. I have used Stainbusters several times over the years and I actually feel bad that it has taken me so long to write a review. Andrew and his team are amazing. They have always been prompt, flexible and professional. They go above and beyond to do the best job possible.
I used them last week for a move-in cleaning and just this morning for a move-out cleaning. The move out cleaning involved a goo/slime/who know what stain in my sons room. Andrew talked me through the process of trying to tackle that stain and set the expectation that it might not actually be possible to remove it but he did it

I reached out to Stainbusters via email about a dog vomit stain that I, for the life of me, could not remove from my new carpet. Andrew quickly responded saying the stain was not removable : ( albeit it, several minutes later he sent out another email with a concoction that he said might work, and told me how to do it myself step by step.
Well I had tried everything so I followed his instructions and what would you know, he was right. The stain is gone, he didn’t change me a penny, and took the time to help me out anyways. You da man, Andrew.

Asked for pricing information and some other questions, which Andrew sent. A few hours later, he sent a sort of passive-aggressive email with a note that he didn't know if I had gotten the first one since he hadn't heard back. Well Andrew, I have a full-time job, just like you, and have responsibilities and meetings and cannot always drop everything to make an email about carpet cleaning my #1 priority. Part of the reason I am good at my job is because I know what is urgent and what can wait a few hours.

Andrew should seriously be running the entire nation when it comes to carpet care. This guy is like the guru of carpet management and stain control, he breaks stains down to a science!!
I cannot say enough about this business, it is possibly the best run company I've ever dealt with.
If you are looking for great customer service, on time support (even though I was late, they were at my house exactly on time!), through knowledge of stain removal, and dedicated friendly people to let into your home, then Stain Busters is your one stop shop.

After reading numerous reviews, I decided on StainBusters.
I reached out via email to check that they were licensed/insured (something my landlord required) and Andrew replied right away confirming, and including their pricing and services.
A few weeks later I emailed again for a quote and then scheduled carpet cleaning and flea/tick treatments for my vacant apartment.
They were able to use a lock box on the door to clean the apartment the next day when I had to be at work. I am more than satisfied with their service and the results they provided. The carpets look amazing after they finished

I don't often write a review, but this one deserves my time. I found Stainbusters 6 months ago and gave them a try. I wrote an A+ review back then as I was very impressed. I have my carpets done every 6 months because I have dogs that run in and out of the dog door. I vacuum every week, but knew there was a certain amount of dirt that embeds deep in the carpet. I used them again today. I was particularly watching whether their service would be as good as last time because sometimes a new service provider makes a great first impression, but that's the best you get. We hired Stainbusters to clean our 4 bedroom single family home and we are very pleased with the result. Most of the stains came out. Some of the stains have been there for years and we've tried all kinds of cleaning solutions to try to get rid of them to no avail. We used Stainbusters for our move out carpet cleaning. We thought we might had to replace the whole house carpet because we had a lot of stains (Including my daughter's bright pink nail polish) but we decided to first give cleaning a chance and guess what?!?! Stainbusters worked some serious magic and were able to completely clean the whole thing leaving it looking almost like new. I will give them a 5 not only because they really exceded my expectations but also because they had great customer service.

I picked Stainbusters for my carpet, because it is owner-operated. The owners do the work. I had to book a week or two ahead, but it was worth the wait. Matt did the job, and he was very professional. He explained everything. What amazed me, was first, how little mess there was. There is a reason, and that is my second point. They use very hot water, plus detergent, which makes a good cleaning combination. Also, and this is of key importance: They have a VERY powerful vacuum system that removes 90% to 95% of the moisture. So everything is dry in 6 to 7 hours! This beats some other services that
