Absolute Carpet Care is a family owned and operated business that has been serving the Northern Virginia area since 1987. Our 30+ years of experience have taught us that nothing is more important than customer satisfaction.
Normal dry time is between four to eight hours depending on the type of carpet, time of year, humidity level, and how much soil was in your carpet. The more soil that is in your carpet, the more water and cleaning solution we'll have to use. We do provide waterproof booties upon request. It doesn't hurt to walk on the carpet immediately after cleaning, but it is important to understand that a slightly damp carpet will attract soil.

At Absolute Carpet Care, we know that a carpet cleaning is only as good as the technicians who perform it. Every member of our IICRC certified crew has the experience to tackle even the toughest carpet cleaning jobs. They're highly trained in our exclusive hot water extraction cleaning method, which involves specialized truck-mounted equipment.
The speed and weight of our buffing machine provides extra agitation, making our process more effective than home cleaning methods. We can remove deep, ground-in soil and minor scuff marks. Unfortunately, we cannot remove deeper scratches, as this requires refinishing. There is no company I would trust cleaning my carpets than Absolute Carpet.

Absolute Carpet cleaned my ceramic wood floors and grout. The grout in the kitchen was so dirty the white tile looked dark brown in places. They were fantastic!! Called before they came and were on time. They worked hard. My floors look like new!! They will clean all my area rugs next. I wonder why I waited so long to use them.

Excellent customer service. Was able to make an appointment before Thanksgiving. Called and left a VM one day before appointment and received a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Will and Joey cleaned our carpet stairs. Removed stains and gave a very reasonable price. I recommend this company highly and would certainly call them again. Very pleased with their services.

I cannot recommend Absolute Carpet Care enough. I have used them several times and they are the only company I will call. From the scheduling, to the day of service, they are fantastic. Their staff is very friendly and courteous. In today’s world it is hard to find top notch customer service but they have nailed it! This time they even arrived early! How often does that happen with home service companies?!? Call them!

Nelson and Marco did a fantastic job! They were able to get out stains that another company was not. They were on time, got right to work, and were polite and professional. The entire process from estimate, to scheduling, to reminders was easy, efficient, and clear. Everyone I encountered polite, friendly, and helpful. I am very happy with the service and absolutely (no pun intended) would use them again.

We have a large finished basement, with wall-to-wall carpet. We have a 1 year old lab, who was potty trained and also went into heat within the same year. We didn't have stains, but I knew the carpet needed to be deep cleaned. They arrived, exactly on time and within minutes had placed door and floor protection on our wood floors, They protected the corners of the walls and went to work. So pleased with how fast they worked, how kind and professional they were while they were here. We also had them clean 2 sets of stairs that have a runner on-top of oak. No dings or scratches to the finish, and

Always responsive, kind and care about customers! After their cleaning they leave the carpets in a much more significantly dry state than other company! With my multiple chemical sensitivity, never an issue. Never feel hassled to add anything nor feel treated like ‘just another dollar’. Such an amazing team at Absolute Carpet Care! From the friendly staff answering the phones to the professional and knowledgeable technicians who come out onsite. Great experience from start to finish. When it comes to carpet, rugs and even upholstery I’m pretty sure there’s nothing they can’t do. I’ve had them come out for everything from carpet cleaning and stretching to cleaning couches and other furniture.
