Ray and his crew are amazing! They are very courteous, communicated throughout the project, and did an amazing job. The level of detail is incredible. I have had many workers doing many things in my home and there are times when I wish I had just done it myself to get the level of detail I wanted, but these guys blew it out of the water. Simply perfect. They had to remove quite a bit of tile and it was a loud and messy process, but you would never know looking at the end result. They put up plastic everywhere and cleaned afterwards to the point where you literally would never have known they were

Despite 360 Wood & Laminate having the highest of the three bids I received to install wood floors throughout the first level of my house, including tiling a laundry, I felt that the detail of the estimate spoke to the professionalism their work. I wasn't wrong. A week prior to the install I insisted we install an underlay, not common in the Austin market for glue down solutions, and after reviewing the product spec sheets, Ray, the owner, agreed and provided a revised estimate as it would add about a day and half to the job. They got the job done in 6 days (lot of furniture had to be moved back

Ray Ochoa, the owner of 360 Wood and Laminate, and his top notch, skillful craftsmen did a fantastic job laying new engineered hardwood floors throughout my home. One of his tile tradesman retiled the master bathroom shower and sink area backsplash. Everyone of his workers were polite, efficient, and extremely skilled. My house looks amazing thanks to all of their detailed hard work.

Ray and his team completed an outstanding job on installing new bamboo flooring in our home. We were offsite throughout most of the process, and he kept us informed through pictures and FaceTime, answering any questions or concerns that arose. He was extremely professional, neat and a pleasure to work with. Having worked with other contractors throughout the years, I can honestly say Ray is definitely one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Our floors are gorgeous, and I have a flooring contractor for life!

Ray released ASBESTOS into our home by improper removal of untested flooring. He now refuses to communicate with us or to honor our request to have our home and carpets thoroughly cleaned. He said we have to sue him to get the help we need. Have I mentioned that we have a 3 week old baby and a daughter who isn't even 2 yet? This is devastating and scary.
