If you want a tract quality home at a custom home price, these are the people for you. John built a home for me 15 years ago in Oroville, and we've had nothing but problems. The seal on every window in the house has broken, and even though they were still under a 10-year replacement warranty, we had to pay for labor which amounted to over $5,000. All of the seals on the glass panels in a 15 foot bank of windows broke after the 10-year warranty had expired. The individual windows couldn't be replaced. Very disappointed. Was told they would come give me an estimate. They never showed up. Called about a month later to see if they wanted my business . They told me they were busy. It's not like I was asking to have a house built I just needed a garage rebuilt. Looks like I'll try a Chico construction company.
