We came to AT Home after a pipe burst in our kitchen after the February 2021 freeze. Evan helped us through the process which entailed a complete kitchen remodel, sheetrock repair and painting. He has a good eye for design and what looks good together and worked with our insurance company to get the best price for us. Despite a few hiccups and delays, he made sure that all repairs were completed the way we wanted. Good company to work with.

I highly recommend Evan with At Home Expert!!! After dealing with damage from the winter storm for over 6 months, I was ready to have my home back. I needed new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, shower and flooring. Evan made it his priority. I could call or text Evan with a question or concern and he would provide a quick response. We had At Home install carpet for 4 bedrooms, media, gameroom and stairs on a new construction home. They were excellent! The installation was such a smooth process and the installers were very professional. Everything was left clean and neat once finished. Oscar, my salesperson went above and beyond. I was not able to drive to the store to pick out carpet colors so he sent me several pictures multiple times and came out to my home on 2 separate occasions to make sure the color I picked was what I wanted. I even called the owner to rave about how great the service was. I would definitely recommend

My salesperson, Oscar, was a great resource for my bathrooms and floors remodel. He was professional, polite and provided great design ideas for the remodel. This was my second project using Shane. He is absolutely the best for customer service. He is friendly, professional, not pushy, and competivly priced. We originally had an agreement with another company to install our tile, but due to their horrible customer service and lack of communication, we decided to look else where. We are thankful that we did!!! We were able to schedule a meeting with Evan immediately and received a quote less than 24 hours. After receiving our quote my husband and I decided to have more work done to the house than originally planned. Yes the price was that good! When the crew arrived they were very polite. At Home Expert recently did a flooring install in my new home. The entire process was seamless from the free in home consultation/quote through the full removal of the old flooring and install. Shane, the sales associate I worked with, was extremely professional and kept in great communication the entire time.

Great experience all around! Evan helped me in store as I tried to find a flooring solution that would work. He was knowledgeable and had a good eye for color scheme and very quickly offered a solution I loved. The installation crew was professional and caring. They moved furniture and took steps to prevent scuffs. They completed the job ahead of schedule and even repaired some spots on my older flooring. They made sure I was happy before they left and Evan stopped by to check the work. Great customer service and a reasonable price!

It's anything but no hassle. Sales guy tried to use strong arm tactics. When I asked him if this was a free estimate even if I was not willing to commit to signing a contract at the end, he said NO.

We had our existing carpet removed and wood look porcelain tile installed by At Home Expert. I first found At Home Expert through Yelp and talked with Solomen. I gave him a detailed request on tile installation and gave me a quote for carpet instead. We went ahead and had home consultation, and that is where we met Evan. I found these guys on yelp and highly recommend Evan Rousan and his team for your flooring and other home improvement needs. They took care of my parents' house extremely well. I'm very impressed by their professionalism and work. I got a few quotes from several contractors and they're all the same range, but Evan and his team were $40 lower so I knew we weren't being robbed. Evan listened to our needs and really took care of us. I'm glad we found them and will use them for all our future needs.
