Worst. Customer. Service. Ever.
I had an appointment for someone to come out and paint my room on Saturday, March 23 at 8 a.m. The painter was a no-show -- and no call.
I called the company on Saturday and left a message -- it is closed on the weekends, although I thought maybe someone was checking messages since they had work supposedly being done.
Meanwhile, I had to paint the room myself, because I had scheduled a furniture delivery the next day, Sunday (and paid extra for a Sunday delivery!) and I wanted the room done beforehand. My painting skills are, um, not good, but I got it up on the

I normally typically take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Affinity was one of the best choices I ever made. I needed someone to trust and do a good job in painting my home. I came across affinity painting company and I'm so glad I did so. I am writing to give highest recommendation to Affinity panting ....by to comment on what a great job the painters did and how nice our house looks. Lifesavers! We had our entire house exterior done by Affinity and are very pleased with their work and service. Albert is always very fast in responding and taking care of things. His crews have all be excellent, clean and on time. Here is where the "lifesavers" comes into play...
A couple months after they did our house, we had a new front door installed and I made the mistake of thinking I could just easily paint it myself. Well, that did not go well and I made a mess of my new door (wasted lots of time and it looked terrible) so contacted Albert to see if he could help fix it

Im happy recommending Affinity Painting and staff.. They painted my office and it looks amazing, the color, the work, and they did it in a timely manner. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very professional. Pricing was also great. Albert the owner took the time to suggest a variety of colors based on the feeling I wanted to have in my office which I truly appreciate it because i do spend a lot of time there and with beautiful colors now it just feels great being there...thank you so much...

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had him paint my rental property and paid extra for 25 year paint. Turns out after 2 years the paint is peeling. I called him, Albert Abad, the owner and he is like so sad, so sorry. You can pay me again to redo it. Yea right, why would I let you touch my house again. Albert, also did another paint job for me at another location and I had to have that redone after one year. Obviously Affinity uses the cheapest paint possible,but tells you it's the best possible paint and charges you extra. Bait and switch outfit. So fast forward, we are now 4

This review is based solely on customer service. I would love to have rated the actual service but since the painters failed to show up TWICE in two weeks, that will not be possible.
I got a coupon for painting one room for $100 on Living Social. Scheduled my appointment for 8am on Halloween. No call and no show. Since the company doesn't have a hotline on weekends or even an emergency number to call, I had to wait until Monday to find out what happened and reschedule.
When I called, I spoke with Ziggy. She said she had to talk to her boss and would try to work me in during the week. She

Albert and his team did an amazing job. They started with removing our popcorn ceilings, and then refinished all ceilings with plaster, even making sure to do extra layers so that it looked smooth and brand new. Then, they painted several of our inside rooms and hallways to our exact liking. They purchased the paint colors we requested, and everything came out looking beautiful! We picked an accent wall and we have curved wall/ceiling corners (complicated!), and the lines they created with the accent color are perfect. The house was also kept very clean while they worked. I meant to update this months ago... About 1-2 weeks after the paint job, I noticed cracks in the paint right above the crib... It's now worse and will eventually peel off, which means I get to hire someone else and do this all over again. This is like the never-ending headache... That just keeps getting worse.

Affinity painted the interior of my house plus a detached guest house. I couldn't have been more pleased with both the result and my experience with them. Daniel came to my house to give me an estimate which was lower than either of the other two paint companies that gave me estimates that day. He was very pleasant and professional. The company carries full insurance, including workers' compensation coverage which was important to me. Luis and Alex were the two painters that worked on my job. The office staff was not responsive at all when I was scheduling the paint job for one room in my home. They originally did not find my invoice though I scheduled it two months in advance, then had to reschedule it and then changed the times on the day of the job without any notice. They promised me follow up calls which I never received. I would give them a 1 star for all the headaches they caused.
However, on the day of the job, the painter that came was excellent and finished quickly.
