We had east texas bullard tx put a metal roof on our home and as soon as a big rain came front porch leaked they came out several times but never got it fixed, all we got was a lot of silicon seal and still leaked. we tried to get them to fix but they started to ignore us. So we took them to civil court and won the case to pay us they money it would cost to have another roofing company to fix it BUT THEY NEVER PAID US WHAT THE COURT AWARDED US SO BEWARE

Don’t ever let them do a remodel, especially a bathroom! My shower still leaks. Grout between tiles is still falling out. Yes, they did a patch to stop mold coming through the wall by painting studs and back of drywall with the “As Seen on TV water sealer” and it doesn’t work! Closet behind shower wreaks of mold and so does our guest room. Can’t afford a redo. Husband had leg amputation and now I’m scheduled for a double mastectomy due to cancer. Nothing to do but live with it. Family coming in to help care for me will need a face mask to sleep in that room. 😢

Robert came over add worked on a leak on my roof in March. He told me to let him know if I even think I have a leak still. The first big rain I see I still have a leak so I called and left a message telling him my roof was still leaking and hoped he could come while it was raining so he can find the leak. He didn't respond to the call. I thought perhaps he was out of town or something so a couple of days later I called and left another message. No response, I left a total of 4 calls and one email and he hasn't responded.
