Called this company to see if they could put pillar covers around my deck Caissons. When they came out to give us a quote, he took a few measurements and said they could do it. But the guy was so fixated on my roof and he wanted to inspect my roof due to the storm last September, so I said sure he can go take a peek see if I had damage. He goes up and checks it out says I have wind damage and shows me pictures of the "wind damage" and some minor hail damage. Wish I could put 0 out of 5. Workers are fine but management are a bunch of idiots. They are working on our apartments in Highlands Ranch. They took off our shingles right before a huge rainstorm passed causing so much damage to the inside of our apartments. Now they have to fix the ceilings cause of water damage and they are allowed to just come in whenever they want. I got home from work and they were in my apartment without giving me a heads up. I now have a huge hole in my ceiling, can't get to my things that are tapped off because I didnt know they were coming to prepare, and they won

Luke’s customer service was IMPECCABLE. As first time home owners, we had no idea what to expect when our roof was damaged by hail. He was there every step of the way, explained everything in detail that we could understand, even came out again to sit with us to go over insurance stuff so we were 100% confident with what was going to happen. Our roof and gutters look lovely. Our project manager, Conner Sellars, was thorough, patient, and easy to work with. He answered questions and concerns I had and worked extremely closely with our insurance company (so we didn't have to argue with them!). Whenever one of his team accident nicked a pipe in the ceiling, he had some of his men investigate then contacted a plumber for us, so the problem could be addressed immediately. (No lasting damage, yea!) He made sure me and my wife were content with everything done for our roof and gutters and was very attentive. It was a very positive experience

We suffered extensive hail damage to our roof, fence, gutters, window screens and even our AC unit. Crest handled the roof replacement and all of the other repairs. It was great to just deal with one contractor. Todd Z was our single contact throughout the process and he was great! Here in Texas, there are a lot of sketchy fly by night 'roofing companies '. Crest is head and shoulders above all of those guys. The roof replacement took just 1 day. They thoroughly cleaned up all debris and nails and left the site immaculate. We highly recommend them!

Due to a hail storm I needed to have a lot of work done on my house. They fixed the fence which came down with the first moderate wind storm. The guy they hired had skipped town so the contractor eventually had to fix it. The fence people also put it in the wrong place, and lots of other things had to be fixed. They used the cheapest boards which had knots and were splitting. The roof started losing shingles immediately and has continued to do so. I asked them repeatedly to schedule with me to get my office window replaced as I work from home. They didn't and I had to scramble to get all of

I can't say enough good things about Crest Exteriors / Roofing! I had the exact opposite experience from a previous negative post. Chad K. returned my call right away and was able to come to my house within 24 hours of contact. This is in mid-August when Colorado roofers are constantly busy with replacing hail damaged roofs! I had been "ghosted" by a few other roofers, so the quick turnaround and communication regarding timeframe was very much appreciated.
