I picked out and PAID FOR a marble slab and when my fabricator came to pick it up, they had sold it to someone else!!!!
I understand accidents happen, but the level of rudeness I encountered was next level. I was told over the phone that it's not their fault... my fabricator should have picked it up sooner. What???? I picked it!!! I paid for it!!!! What on earth?
I went back into choose another slab and everything I liked was either already sold or too small for my project. When I showed frustration, the lady taking me around said "well, what am I supposed to do about it?" I don

Great selection of stone products, good prices, great service. I took clients here to view travertine samples and detail pieces. They have a wide variety, colors, and finishes. Ploshed, honedand filled, and honed unfilled. They have all different sizes 1x2, 18x18, and the always allusive 24x24. Very good product, great service, and great prices make this a must stop shopping for stone experience!

Horrible customer service. I have tried getting the ETA on an item and the spanish speaking receptionist is so rude. I have been going back and forth trying to see when the merchandise will get here and can't give me an answer. It has been about 8 weeks and still waiting. Reconsider before you buy! Products are good but customer service is horrible.
